Bob Good - Founder and CEO
Bob is a senior
executive with 22 years of sales, marketing, operations and management
experience with four Fortune 500 companies and one VC funded emerging
growth firm.
Bob's leadership experience began
as a college class officer and continued as a platoon leader in the
military having served in Germany and the Middle East. Bob has held
sales and marketing leadership positions with Wang Laboratories, TRW Customer
Service Division, General Electric Capital Management Technology Services,
Stream International, and Cerida Corporation.
His national sales teams have sold to Fortune 1000 firms as
well as middle tier and emerging growth firms in the verticals of high
technology, financial services, telecom, pharmaceuticals and other B2C
entities. Bob has built strong referral and partner relationships as
indirect revenue channels. His sales teams have proficiency in most
e-commerce centered tools including web collaboration for live or text
chat, form sharing and virtual seminars. Bob's consultancy teams are
viewed as experts in crafting outsourced service solutions inclusive of
CRM, demand generation and sales model development.
Bob holds graduate
degrees in both Business Administration and Human/Community Relations. He
taught as adjunct faculty in the Industrial Management Program in the
University of Massachusetts College System for ten years.
Jack
Harrington - CFO
Jack is a seasoned financial management executive with
twenty years experience gained in the service, manufacturing and real
estate industries. Jack's particular experience is in strategic planning,
financial modeling, finance department operations, cash management,
budgeting and financial analysis. Jack has served in senior financial
leadership positions with Cerida Corporation, Franklin Management Systems
Inc., Danis Group, Zoll Medical Corporation and the Badger Company.
Jack is a
graduate of Northeastern University and holds an MBA from Babson College.
Earl
Haight - Vice President of Operations
Earl brings over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing management in the technology sector to Good Leads . His expertise spans the complete spectrum of hardware, software and services at the enterprise level. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and systems that help the enterprise maximize their sales and marketing budgets and retain valued customers. Prior to joining Good Leads, Earl worked as a consultant in the sales process and demand generation areas for technology and sales/marketing companies in New England .
Earl has held senior management positions for NaviSite, Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Neil Schmidt - Operations Director
Neil brings an expansive blend of sales and marketing operations experience to the Good Leads team. He has created and developed inside sales management teams and has managed front-line product development, customer satisfaction, and competitive assessment research for a variety of computer technology companies. Early career experiences as a financial and budget planner for McDonnell-Douglas Space Systems and IBM instilled in Neil an analytical eye, an ability he has utilized successfully to manage the bottom line of sales and marketing activities. His previous entrepreneurial endeavors have taught him the urgency of achieving immediate results and have forged in him the ability to adapt quickly to signals from the marketplace.
Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Occidental College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Michael Kamin - Director of Sales and Marketing
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Michael has embraced the responsibility of building on Good Leads’ history of success, expanding the company’s geographic footprint, and developing new channels of distribution. Michael, in his role as Chief Evangelist, will also use his Internet and marketing experience to focus the Good Leads message and deliver that message to all of our prospective clients. Michael brings to Good Leads his twenty-five years of entrepreneurial spirit, having been a founder and senior executive of sales and marketing corporations in the retail, telecom, and e-Commerce space.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, and he has been an active volunteer in local government and youth organizations.
Andrew Mayo - National Sales Manager - West
Andrew is an experienced sales and marketing executive and an expert in lead generation, demand creation, and pipeline development programs that deliver significant new business opportunities to clients. He has developed and sold lead retrieval, session tracking, and traffic-building systems for a wide variety of trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. His career includes 13 years at the helm of Matrix Communications, a San Francisco company that specialized in B2B marketing, communications, and event management solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
Andrew attended the University of Hawaii and has held management positions at Foote, Cone & Belding, CMI, and Business Incentives.
Barry MacGregor - Business Development Manager
Barry brings over twenty years of consulting, sales and management in a wide spectrum of “high end”, complex technology solutions. His activities have been focused on: outsourced IT services including large systems migrations, design and deployment of LAN/WAN; complex, enterprise-wide system integrations including the creation of Web-based strategies; and local and global IT Help desk and CRM solutions. Over the past decade Barry has brought his skills to companies such as Remedy Corporation, MyHelpdesk, Inc. (an Internet start up), Xerox Business Services and NCA Corporation (ERP software).
Barry hold a BSBA in Marketing from Suffolk University in Boston and the CPIM designation. He services the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast areas.
