Harrington is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds an MBA from Babson College.
Neil Schmidt, Vice President of Operations & Customer Service

Dick Bergeron, Director of Program Operations
Dick is a sales and operations veteran with over 30 years experience in inside sales
management, telesales account management, lead generation and call center operations.
Dick has a wealth of experience in software, networking and hardware solution sales,
industry management consulting and systems integration. He works closely with clients
to strategize and deliver pipeline opportunities. He has been recognized for effectively
managing quality sales teams and building strong teams and client relationships.
Prior to Good Leads, Dick held senior management call center positions for Compugraphic
Corporation (Agfa Corporation) and Digital Equipment Corporation (Hewlett-
Bergeron attended Babson College and graduated from Merrimack College.
Amanda Good, Director of Finance & Administration
Amanda was one of the original Founders of Good Leads and is responsible for the finance, administration and human resource management functions. Amanda has been instrumental in building the non operations side of the business since inception.
Amanda graduated with honors from Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in Business Administration.
Ron Talon, Northeast Sales Director
Ron's background includes more than 20 years building and managing Inside Sales operations and outsourced sales teams. As an Operations Manager in the high-tech industry, he has designed and developed large inside sales call centers for such industry leaders as Cabletron Systems and Xylan Corporation. Through Ron's guidance these organizations quickly became top performers in the industry. In addition, he has created outsourced sales teams for Fortune 500 companies including Bell South, ATT and Air Products and Chemicals. Ron's experience helps him to work with clients to identify their best opportunities to utilize Good Leads' service for maximum efficiency and return on investment. Ron received a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
